Here are some of our most common question regarding ProSafe's Service Plans.

General Questions

  • What is the ProSafe Power Washing Service Plan?

    Services plans are for customers who want to consistently stay on top of their home's exterior maintenance. Services will be performed on a recurring basis and can be customized based on each customer's needs. All services on the service plan will receive a 10-20% discount based on service occurrence.

  • How do the service plans work?

    Customers start by choosing which services they would like performed, and then the occurrence of each service. You will receive a 10-20% discount for all services based on chosen occurrence. Then you choose a scheduled date(s) for the services to be performed every year. There are no hidden costs or cancellation fees, just a cheaper clean on time every year.

  • How do I know what discount I will receive?

    Discounts are based on the occurrence that services are performed, ranging from 10-20%. For the annual plan services are performed once a year (or every 7-12 months) at a 10% discount. For the biannual plan services are performed twice a year (or every 5-6 months) at a 15% discount. For the triannual plan services are performed three times a year (or every 1-4 months) at a 20% discount.

  • Does it cost money to join a service plan?

    No, memberships are free to join and will save you money on our normal rates.

  • Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

    No, service plans are created to benefit customers. We are firmly against locking customers into a contract.

  • Can I customize which services I receive each visit?

    Yes, services can be changed as needed. However discounts are only applied to services put on a service plan.

Services & Scheduling

  • What services are included in the plan?

    You can choose from any of our many exterior cleaning services to be on a service plan. For a full list of services you can visit the service page on our website.

  • Can I change my services from one visit to the next?

    Yes, can change your services from visit to visit anytime and for any reason. Discounts will only be applied to services performed on a recurring basis.

  • How do I know when my next cleaning is scheduled?

    We will follow up with you extensively to remind you of scheduled service dates, which can be changed as needed with no fee. You can also see a list of all service dates in your client portal.

  • Will I get reminders before each service?

    Yes, we will follow up with you extensively to ensure all scheduled visits are as convenient as possible.

  • Can I skip scheduled visits?

    Yes, however the services that are skipped will be removed from the recurring discount rate and won’t be applied until they are added back to the service plan.

  • Can I reschedule or delay a visit?

    Absolutely, you can reschedule visits as needed. Removal from service plan and discount due to extensive delays is decided solely at the  company’s discretion.

Pricing & Discounts

  • How are discounts applied?

    Discounts are applied to all services on the service plan and are based on occurrence of services (10% for annual (every 7-12 months), 15% for biannual (every 5-6 months), 20% for triannual (every 1-4 months). The price that is discounted is based on our company standard rates.

  • Is there a minimum price per visit?

    Yes, prices cannot go below our job minimum of 275$, this applies to the discounted rates as well.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    No, there are no fees at all, just your service plan discount. You won’t be charged until after you are completely satisfied with the work performed. 

  • Is the discount applied to all services or just one service?

    Discounts will be applied to all services added to your service plan.

  • Do prices change over time?

    Prices can change over time, but will only change if our company standard pricing changes. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

Enrollment & Membership

  • How do I sign up for a service plan?

    You can either fill out a form on our website (prosafepowerwashing.com/service-plans) or by calling/texting us at (912) 800-5924.

  • Will I receive anything after joining (like a welcome email or packet)?

    Yes, once you join a service plan you will receive a welcome email that lays out all information needed for a service plan member.

  • Can I sign up after a one time visit?

    Yes, however if you sign up after the visit you will miss out on the discount for that already performed service. If however you sign up before your first visit that discount will be applied to the initial visit.

  • Can I access and manage my plan online?

    Absolutely, you can view all account information in your client portal. If you create a login within your client portal you can access it anytime on our website. You can also reach out to us and request access to your client portal.

  • What happens if I move or sell my home?

    You can either pass your service plan onto the new owner by reaching out to us, or you can request us to cancel your service plan.

Cancellations & Policy

  • Can I cancel my service plan at any time?

    You can cancel anytime and will receive no cancellation fee. You can always join back to enjoy your service plan discount.

  • Will I be charged if I cancel before the next visit?

    You will never be charged for any service until you are completely satisfied with the work performed. 

  • Is there a fee for cancelling?

    No, there are no cancellation fees ever.

Membership Perks

  • What perks do members get?

    There are many benefits, the main reason our customers love the service plan is the peace of mind it gives. You won’t have to worry about scrambling to find a pressure washer last second and can feel confident knowing we will show up on time at your specifically chosen dates. You will also receive a discount applied to all service plan services based on their occurrence. You will be added to an exclusive email newsletter with helpful tips, member discounts, and free giveaways to service members only.

  • Are there giveaways or exclusive discounts for members?

    Yes members will be added to a newsletter with giveaways and discounts that are for members only.

  • Will I receive any seasonal reminders or tips?

    Yes you will be part of a newsletter that is designed to make sure members can stay on top of their home's exterior. These tips will be based on years of experience in home maintenance and will have practical ways to upkeep your home.
